Process-Description
– Step 1: Pre-Shredding to Shreds of 150 to 200 mm Throughput: 15 to 25 t/h
– Step 2: Shreds are granulated to rubber granule with a grain size of 1 to 4 mm Throughput: 2 to 6 t/h
– Step 3: Rubber granule is going under - 100° C, hard as glass, to a very fine rubber powder with extreme high purities and a grain size of < 350 µm Throughput: approx. 1 t/h
Possibilities of using the output materials
– Street building („asphalt-rubber„): Reduction of the noise level, longer lifetime, higher safety
– Production of: rubber plates, stones, noise barrier, sport places, etc.
