Application

Cutting and granulation to defi ned output grain sizes from 5 to 100 mm. Depending
on the input material, prior size reduction may be necessary.
– for household, industrial and bulky waste
– electrical/electronic scrap, electric motors up to 1.5 kg, transformers up to 3.0 kg
– scrap tyres from cars and commercial vehicles
– aluminium chips from turning and milling processes, castings and metal profiles
– cable scrap, oil fi lters, steel and plastic drums, other plastics
– data, files, paper, refuse

Function

Works using the guillotine shear principle. Rotating cutter blocks work in conjunction with fixed cutters to cut up the material. The variable hole sizes of the granule sieve mounted underneath determine the output grain size and the respective turnover.

System advantages

Re-adjustable cutter blocks for consistently high cutting quality. Extremely low-wear cutting blocks rotate four ways and are quick and easy to replace. Rotor and cutters of high-tensile, hardened special steels are even able to process solid, non-hardened metals with a cross-section up to 20 mm.
